Refunds, cancellation and delivery

• Access is digital and nothing is shipped. It starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes, and appears in your account under the email you signed in with.
• A Brain (one report with its PDF and chat) lasts three months from purchase, as described on the pricing page.
• If access has not appeared within 24 hours of a successful payment, email research@nextbigwhat.com with your payment reference and we will fix it.

Access is a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel. You will not be charged again unless you buy again.

Changed your mind. We give a full refund if you ask within 7 days of payment and, since paying, you have not:

• downloaded the PDF;
• opened more than 3 paid chapters (a chapter counts once it has been on your screen for a few seconds; free preview chapters and the source list never count); or
• asked the Brain more than 5 questions.

Problems on our side. Whatever you have used, we give a full refund if, within 7 days of purchase:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• you paid but we could not give you access within 3 working days of your written request;
• a technical fault on our side stops you reading the content and we cannot fix it within 3 working days.

Where a coupon code was used, we refund the amount you paid. Access given with a 100% coupon code is free, so there is nothing to refund. We never refund where access was suspended for breach of our terms, including sharing of PDFs or logins. A refund ends your access to that report.

Email research@nextbigwhat.com from the address on your account with your payment reference and the reason. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days; your bank may take longer to show them.
